Connect with Nature and Universe

When people allow themselves to connect with nature, landscape, the elements, the night sky, the mystery and beauty of life, they feel good.

You need to remember that your true environment is far more than just the stimulation and context of your relationships, ambitions, career, family, home and so on.

Close your eyes.

Let the good feeling sink into you.

Let your chest and stomach sink.

Remember that whatever else is going on, the Earth is always there beneath you, nature is also there, the sun and the solar system, the galaxies and the infinity of space.

Allow every cell in your body to remember they are always there, all around you.

You are surrounded by their vitality, their vast wavefields of positive energy.

Just give yourself permission to remember all this.

Allow your body to feel all this.

If you have any good feeling, no matter how small, let it sink into you. Aborb deep into your spine and bones and brain. Enjoy. Soak in it, like in a warm bath or on the beach.
