What’s available?
We provide educational training in the form of courses for groups of up to 15 delegates, at the premises of the client or at a neutral location near your business. Individuals and smaller groups can also attend courses run at local venues on a regular basis. Support is also available as individual one to one mentoring as well as group mentoring where appropriate. Our alcohol consultancy can help with specific issues, the installation of company alcohol policies or any other issues or concerns that may be unique to your business. Commercial Course A:
Alcohol - Natures Stealth Bomber
Aimed at: Any employee or individual. Probation Officers, Police & Emergency Services, Social Workers, School Staff & Teachers, Youth Workers, Prison Staff & Inmates, Council Authority Staff, Hospital & Doctors Surgery Staff, Counselors.
Duration: Approx. 7 hours including one hour for lunch.
Provides: An Introduction to alcohol awareness, the effects on body and mind, the impact on the workplace and careers, potential hazards, warning signs and safe alcohol alternatives.
Format: Interactive course including music, video clips, quizzes and questions, static illustrative models, volume and nutritional demonstrations.

Aims & Objectives:
• To reduce absenteeism, increase performance and productivity of the workforce.
• To provide, interesting, engaging and relevant information on alcohol, its effect on body and mind and how that impacts on our working lives.
• To empower people to make decisions relevant to alcohol and their own lives.
• To highlight the relationship between alcohol and health, motivation, mood, energy and the possible impacts on the job and career of the individual. Offer individual mentoring to those interested in further development.

Commercial Course B:
Alcohol - it’s none of Your Business
Aimed at: Business Owners, Executives, Directors, HR Directors & Managers, Team Leaders, Managers, Department Heads
Duration: Approx 7 hours including One Hour for Lunch
Provides: Details of UK HSE employers responsibilities in relation to employees and alcohol. An Introduction to alcohol awareness, the effects on body and mind, the impact on the workplace and careers, potential hazards, warning signs and safe alcohol alternatives. How to deal with employees with alcohol abuse problems, support opportunities
Format: Interactive course including music, video clips, quizzes and questions, static illustrative models, volume and nutritional demonstrations
Aims & Objectives: To equip business owners and senior managers with the necessary information about alcohol to ensure that the business meets its obligations and responsibilities under UK law. To support and enhance the alcohol policy of the business (if applicable). To provide and understanding of the often hidden impact of alcohol on the business and how to provide cost effective support or disciplinary procedures if required.

Alcohol Mentoring
Aimed at: Individuals
Duration: One Hour per Session
Provides: Education & support to individuals tailored to suit the persons circumstances and personal goals & objectives. Private, confidential environment to discuss and asses the relationship of the individual and alcohol.
Format: One to one private sessions in a neutral location or personal visit to the home of the client.
Aims & Objectives: Provide education as appropriate; develop programmes tailored to the requirements of the client. Deliver a complete understanding of alcohol, provide support if the client decides that they would like to remove alcoholic drink completely from their lives.

Alcohol Policy Consultancy
Aimed at: Business Owners, Executives, Directors, HR Directors & Managers, Team Leaders, Managers, Department Heads
Duration: As Required
Provides: Assistance to set up and implement alcohol policies, ongoing support in relation to the policy. Consultancy in relation to specific Company issues and areas of concern and opportunity.
