Any pleasurable event or thought triggers the production of endorphins.

Close your eyes.

Bring into your mind and heart the thought of any person, animal, place or activity that you really love and enjoy.

Notice that somewhere inside you there is an enjoyable sensation of pleasure as you respond to the picture.

No matter how small that pleasurable response, notice it.

Allow that good feeling, no matter how small, to sink into you.

Let it sink deep into you.

Breathe it in.
